The Visibility Game Scores Big For Your Brand

Playing the visibility game and shining a bright light on your brand will win you golden opportunities and dollars and cents.

Hiding your brand in the shadows is doing you and your brand a disservice. As an entrepreneur you might be FEARFUL of sharing your brand in a big way. You might be afraid of being ridiculed or criticized. And YES you might encounter some of that and that is the truth. But if you are coming from a place of integrity and your passionate about your brand succeeding and doing well you have to make your brand visible.

Just talking about your brand is not enough. Tangibles are how you win the visibility game. Incorporating your brand into tangible materials and sharing your brands unique point of view scores your brand touchdowns. Content building through articles, e-books, videos, blogs etc. is a great way to shine a bright light on your brand and make your brand Visible in the marketplace.

You need to make sure that the tangibles you are sharing are in direct alignment with your brand. And you can score even more touchdowns by
cross-pollinating your tangible materials.
I get asked by clients were they should share their tangibles and how often. And I say EVERYWHERE and OFTEN. The marketplace is a big place and it takes a ton of content and sharing it often with the marketplace for the marketplace to hook into you and your brand. And being consistent will score touchdowns for your brand.

Please be patient with the process. If you do not see immediate results it doesn’t mean that your visibility game isn’t working. I tell my clients that it takes longer then 2 seconds to win the visibility game. But with a little time you will start seeing results show up in both golden opportunities and dollars and cents.

The #1 Key Brand Strategy To Build A Successful Brand

The #1 key brand strategy to build a successful brand is:
 - drum roll please-
“VISIBILITY”

If you and your brand are sitting in the shadows and drumming a really quiet drum it affects your brand visibility. And no matter how beautiful your website is or how big the results your product can get a customer none of that will matter.

If your brand has little to no visibility in the marketplace that translates into little to no dollars and the house of cards will fall.

In today’s marketplace you do not have to hire an expensive marketing firm or PR firm in order to gain your brand higher levels of visibility.

I am enclosing a few simple brand strategy tips that cost little to no money that you can incorporate today to achieve higher levels of visibility for your brand.

Tip #1: Blogging is a great way to let people know about your brand and gain more visibility in the marketplace. In your blog, you can provide tips, insider info and guides for your target audience. It will demonstrate your brands expertise while drawing in new potential clients who are seeking your professional services and products.

Tip #2: Developing a social media presence is now vital for brand visibility. Information moves quickly from one social media posting to the next, and you stop drumming a quiet drum to start drumming loud visibility drum.  It is important that you infuse your brands unique one-of-a-kind qualities into your content. Allowing your brand to shine bright sets your brand apart from the competition.

Tip #3: Build and grow your “tribe” network for greater brand visibility. A tribe who is supportive and generously sharing each others brands services and products can cast a very large net of awareness into the marketplace.  A tribe that works together as a unit and that is “of” service to one another can increase each others visibility in a very big way.

I encourage all of you entrepreneurs to drum a very loud drum and gain greater visibility for your brand. Don’t let your fears get in your way. Your business success lies in the #1 key brand strategy VISIBILITY. Now get busy!

What Unexpected Gems Are Waiting for Your Brand?

Early in my career in Hollywood I was a script development girl. In other words I would read endless scripts daily looking for great material that my boss an Independent Movie Producer would be interested in producing.

I had a script come across my desk that at first I was not interested in reading because the synopsis read: Ben Sanderson, an alcoholic Hollywood screenwriter who lost everything because of his drinking, arrives in Las Vegas to drink himself to death. There, he meets and forms an uneasy friendship and non-interference pact with prostitute Sera. My “gut” told me to read the script anyway and I did reluctantly.

It turned out that I feel in love with the script and genuinely felt compassion for the characters. I knew this was a “gem” and this project was going to do well. I encouraged my boss to pursue the project but unfortunately, we were not able to secure it. The project Leaving Las Vegas went on to star Nicolas Cage and Elisabeth Shue and was a big hit. Moving forward I realized the importance of keeping an open mind and following my gut. It would lead to doors of golden opportunity.

As an entrepreneur being open to following your “gut” and not judging a “book by its cover” is important. There are going to be doors of opportunities that are going to cross your desk and at first glance might not look like much.

I encourage my clients to keep an open mind while always  pulling back the red curtains and protecting their brand. To start really trusting and follow their “gut” because it can lead to so many unexpected “gems.”
